Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, and plans may need to be changed. If for any reason you need to cancel your registration for The Winchester Royals Baseball Camp, we are happy to offer a refund for cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the start of the camp you have registered for.
If you need to cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the camp, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund. This is because we have already made arrangements and commitments for staffing, equipment, and other resources based on the number of registered participants.
To request a refund, please email us at info@winchesterroyals.org with your full name, the name and date of the camp you registered for, and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of your cancellation request.
We hope you understand that we have a limited number of spots available for each camp, and late cancellations can prevent other interested players from attending. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at The Winchester Royals Baseball Camp!
